At All Pro Service, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality handyman services. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.

Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The agreed-upon service was not completed.

  • Work performed was substantially different from the approved scope of work.

  • A scheduling cancellation was made by All Pro Service and could not be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

  • There is a verified workmanship issue that we are unable to correct.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Completed labor that matches the approved estimate or work order.

  • Customer changes of mind after work has been completed.

  • Delays caused by weather, material availability, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Pre-approved material purchases, special-order items, or permit fees.

  • Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural problems, or customer-supplied materials.

Warranty & Repairs

If you are unsatisfied with completed work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will first attempt to inspect and correct the issue before issuing any partial or full refund.

Deposits

  • Deposits for large projects may be refundable only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before scheduled work begins.

  • Deposits used for purchased materials or special orders are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for standard appointment cancellations whenever possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Final pricing may change if additional labor, materials, repairs, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.

  • Any significant changes will be communicated for approval before additional work is completed whenever possible.

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

Property Conditions

Customers acknowledge that older homes or previously repaired areas may contain hidden defects or code issues that become visible during repairs. All Pro Service is not responsible for unrelated pre-existing problems discovered during service.

Photography

We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for documentation, quality control, or marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
